The course is designed as a 5-day journey, with one module per day. Each day includes:
- A video walkthrough (5 minutes approx.)
- Workbook exercises (20-40 minutes depending on how deep you go)
You can move through it at your own pace. If you can't do 5 consecutive days, that's fine, the content is yours forever. But I recommend doing it over 5 days for maximum momentum and impact.
You can do this at your own pace. The 5-day structure is designed to create momentum and keep you accountable during the no-buy commitment, but life happens. You can spread it out over a week or two if needed. Just try to complete the exercises in order, they build on each other.
