Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and digital products offered by Nuude Studio, including but not limited to the Personalised 10-Piece Lookbook, Seasonal Colour Guides, and subscription services. By purchasing from Nuude Studio, you agree to the following:

1. Service Description

- Nuude Studio provides digital styling services and guides. These may include lookbooks, seasonal colour palettes, or other styling resources.
- Physical products are not included, and purchases of clothing or accessories recommended in your lookbook are made directly by you from third-party retailers.


2. Payment & Pricing

- All services and guides must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. International clients are responsible for any conversion fees or taxes applied by their bank or payment provider.


3. Delivery Timeline

- For personalised services (such as lookbooks), delivery is typically within 2–3 weeks of completing your questionnaire and moodboard approval.
- Delays may occur if required information is not provided on time.


4. Revisions Policy

- One round of revisions is included in your lookbook service, allowing up to three product swaps.
- Any additional changes outside this scope will incur an extra fee.


5. Refunds

- Because all services and guides are personalised or instantly accessible digital products, refunds are not available once work has started or a file has been delivered.
- Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.


6. Copyright & Use of Materials

- All digital products and personalised styling materials are the intellectual property of Nuude Studio.
- They are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, reselling, redistributing, or publishing any part of your lookbook, seasonal guide, or other Nuude Studio content is strictly prohibited.
- By purchasing, you agree not to duplicate or share your materials beyond your own personal use.


7. International Clients

- Nuude Studio works with clients worldwide and sources products from retailers that ship to your region whenever possible.
- Nuude Studio is not responsible for third-party retailer stock levels, shipping costs, customs charges, or sizing availability.


8. Limitation of Liability

- Nuude Studio is not liable for outcomes related to your purchases from third-party retailers (e.g. shipping delays, sizing issues, product quality).
- Styling advice and guides are provided in good faith, but the final purchasing decisions and results are your responsibility.
