Welcome to Nuude Studio. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Nuude Studio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital products and services, which are powered by Shopify.

1. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Digital Products and Services
All products offered through Nuude Studio are digital -- including guides, workbooks, styling resources and subscriptions -- and are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but display and experience may vary depending on your device or browser. We may update or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. All sales are final.
No Refunds Policy
Because all Nuude Studio products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits under any circumstances. This applies to all guides, workbooks, digital downloads and subscription plans.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.

4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription such as the Weekly Outfit Club, you will be billed automatically according to the plan you select. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting hello@nuude-studio.com.
Cancellations stop future renewals only. Previous billing periods are non-refundable once access has been delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our digital products -- including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and styling resources -- is owned by Nuude Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing, reselling or sharing our digital materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our services may include tools or links provided by third parties. These are offered as-is and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. Use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk.
7. Feedback and Testimonials
If you submit feedback, testimonials or suggestions, you grant Nuude Studio a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and share them for business and marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services and digital products are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuude Studio and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
