All products from Nuude Studio are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once purchased. Because access to digital files, templates, guides, or courses is granted immediately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, or something isn’t working as described, please contact hello@nuude-studio.com so we can help resolve it quickly.

For 1:1 styling or digital services delivered via email:
If you’re unhappy for any reason, reply to your service email within 7 days of delivery. While refunds aren’t available once work has begun, we’ll always make a fair effort to ensure you’re satisfied and receive what was promised.
