Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
If you’ve purchased a digital subscription (such as seasonal updates or lookbooks), your payments will process automatically based on the frequency you select.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting hello@nuude-studio.com
Please note: once a billing cycle has begun and digital content has been delivered, that period is non-refundable. Cancelling will stop future renewals only.
Pre-orders
From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for upcoming digital products. By purchasing a pre-order, you’re reserving access before the release date.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled or released, you can email hello@nuude-studio.com to request a cancellation.
Once the product has been delivered or made accessible to you, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
Try Before You Buy
At this time, we don’t offer “try before you buy” options for digital products. All purchases are final once access is granted.
